Since the Nashville school shooting incident occurred, the police have been trying to reach out to Audrey Hale’s brother but are unable to do so.
Could this be the explanation behind the speculation that Audrey Hale‘s brother was involved in the Nashville school shooting?
Despite attempts to reach out to her family members, there were no responses to phone calls.
Audrey’s mother, Norma Hale, is an active user of social media. She has posted pictures of Audrey Hale’s brother and him on social media.
Audrey’s mother expressed her love for her children and shared photos of them growing up, including her son.
In an Oct. 6, 2017 post, she wrote, “Just grateful to be the Mom of these 2 awesome kids!”
In May 2014, she posted “Mother’s Day 2014,” with a photo of her and her two children. “I get to be these awesome kids’ Mom!”
The mother of the perpetrator responsible for the recent mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville, which resulted in the deaths of six people, including three children, appears to have been a gun control advocate.
Norma Hale, the shooter’s mother, shared a petition from the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation on Facebook in March 2018, urging friends to sign it and “keep guns out of school.”
In another post from the same month, she shared a second petition from the same organization calling for banning large-capacity gun magazines.
However, the domain of the petition did not appear to exist anymore. Investigators are combing through Hale’s home to determine if there were any warning signs.
The neighbor of Hale’s family expressed sadness and shock over the shooting, calling them a “great family.”
The police are investigating a motive for the shooting and have talked to the suspect’s father but did not receive any positive outcome.
Everything you need to know about the Nashville School shooting
Audrey Hale, the shooter, is Norma’s first child and was a former student of The Covenant School.
Audrey arrived at the school on Monday carrying two AR-style weapons and a handgun.
On March 27, 2023, Audrey Hale opened fire at the Covenant School in Nashville, killing six people, including three 9-year-old students and three adult employees.
Hale gained entry into the building by shooting through a side door and using three firearms. The shooting lasted for about 14 minutes, and Hale was killed by police.
Hale had left behind maps of the school and written material and had also scouted a second location for a potential attack. The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
Former headmaster Bill Campbell remembered Hale as a typical student during her time at the school, and he could not recall any issues she might have had that could have raised red flags.
Hale was not listed as a student in the annuals in the fifth or sixth grade.
Nashville Mayor John Cooper praised the work of first responders, who ran towards the gunfire to prevent more deaths. Police Chief John Drake also commended his officers for their immediate action, stating that “it could have been far, far worse.”
