Tammy Slaton’s fans have spotted that she’s often wearing a patterned sunflower scarf during her social media posts these days. The 1000-Lb Sisters star regularly takes to TikTok and Instagram to share life updates. Ahead of the release of her family’s reality show this year, Tammy explains some of her clothing choices to fans.
TLC may need to come up with a new name for Tammy and Amy Slaton’s reality series as the ladies are no longer 1000-Lb Sisters. Over the past three years, since their show premiered, the two have lost around 600lb between them. Nowadays, their lives look totally different from when they first found fame.

Taking to TikTok on November 20, one of Tammy Slaton‘s eagle-eyed followers noticed that she’s often wearing a sunflower pattern scarf around her neck.
Replying to the fan’s comment, Tammy details how she has an insecurity when it comes to her trach scar on her neck.
The TLC star said that it’s a headband that’s “too big,” so she wears it around her neck. She added that it’s for her “personal ‘head tricks’,” and that she thinks it’s “cute.”

She had her trach removed
If Tammy’s fans hadn’t already seen on social media that she’s had her trach tube removed, then they are set to find out all the details in season 5 of her show.
The 1000-Lb Sisters trailer sees her explain that she had been in rehab for just over a year. Tammy said: “Now that my trach is out, I get to go home.”
She lost almost 300lb in her weight loss journey and has been sharing her new look in social media posts this November.
