He was detained in November 2019 after reportedly choking and biting his fiancée at his 21st birthday celebration in Atlanta and was charged with aggravated assault by strangulation.
According to the police report, Osiris allegedly threatened to slap the woman when she confronted him about a picture of a woman wearing a towel that was on his phone.
He pursued her up some stairs before cornering her in a washroom and biting and choking her.
