The cast of RHOBH season 13 jet abroad for their lavish vacations, but their multi-million dollar houses will always be their home.
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills live jet-set lifestyles with holiday homes around the world but their main properties in California always serve as the backdrop of Bravo drama. As expected, their sprawling homes are worth at least seven figures – these are our favorites.
1 – Kathy Hilton
Kathy Hilton has never been an official housewife and doesn’t appear in the latest season, but her house is so elaborate that it deserves an honorary mention.
In December 2021, Kathy honored the season of giving by allowing cameras into her festive home. Christmas threw up inside and we’re not mad about it. Just two minutes into the video, we can spot six different Christmas trees, ranging from pink to green. Let’s just say there was a tree in every room.
The amount of ornaments and effort Hilton pours out every holiday season is why she tops our list.
The supersized Bel-Air abode spans 18,000sqft and is worth $55 million. It has eight bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a pool house, and over 3,300 square feet of terrace space.

Kyle Richards moved into a 11,000sqft home in Encino in 2017. At the time, she was selling the family Bel-Air home, but the current property was too perfect for them to pass up. It features seven baths, and eight beds, and is known as the Smokey Robinson Estate since it was once owned by the Miracles singer.
“I was completely blown away, because it’s not like anything you would see in Los Angeles, normally. I just fell in love, and my husband did, too,” she said.
Kyle wanted to move after the property was burglarized but she breathed new life into it with a transformation. She turned the airy grey-colored living room into a vibrant blue paradise.
She also installed a pickleball court in her backyard.
This is something out of the movies:

3 – Dorit Kemsley
Dorit Kemsley‘s latest home is a 9000sqft modern farmhouse located in Encino, California. Worth $6.5 million, it boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theater, and her “dream kitchen.”

In October 2022, Kemsley was the victim of a home invasion. She was at home with her son Jagger, 7, and daughter Phoenix, 5, when three male intruders entered her property. Her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, was out of town. Luckily no one was injured.
4 – Garcelle Beauvais
Actress Garcelle Beauvais, 57, resides in a 3200sqft home with her twin sons, Jaid and Jax, 13. It boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a hangout room for her children. The TV star treated herself to a girly glam room complete with pink leaf-patterned wallpaper. Need we say more?
5 – Sutton Stracke

In season 11, Bravo filmed Sutton Stracke‘s exclusive house tour, which has been reposted by a TikTok user. Branded as “modern and sexy”, the home was a fresh start for the housewife, who had just split from her husband, Christian Stracke.
“This house kind of represents my independence as a single woman,” she said. “I think that this is just so symbolic to me.”
The $5.35 million home was complete with feminine touches, particularly in her bedroom, which is decorated with Murano crystal furniture.
6 – Erika Jayne
Erika Jayne has rarely shown glimpses of her latest home, but a Bravo video revealed her living room and kitchen while documenting the process of interview day. Her living space is transformed into a set as furniture is moved to make way more lighting equipment, while the kitchen serves as the glam room.
“I love that it’s a little Spanish bungalow with a cute pool in the back and a cabana,” she once said. “It’s just big enough for my dog and myself. And it’s adorable. It’s like a little baby doll house. And I have fun there.”
Take a look at her backyard pool in this video but beware of the explicit background music.
