Personal Statement
I have played softball since I was 6 years old. I developed a passion for the game at an early age and have always strived to better myself both academically and athletically. As an athlete one of the largest lessons I have learned is that you are going to struggle, you are going to have to push through and persevere through all the hard times. I have learned to love challenges because those obstacles are what makes us stronger.
My softball journey has greatly impacted my life, I now help teach younger softball players mechanics or other aspects of the game and I absolutely love it. It really helped me gain a new perspective on the sport. To me, softball is not just a sport, it is a passion and a lifestyle.
