Jason Oppenheim lists Kanye West’s home

After buying a Malibu mansion for $57 million two years ago, Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband, Kanye, is now selling the property.

After purchasing the beachfront home, Ye opted to gut the whole property, reports TMZ.

Although it has scope to be a dream home for many, it never quite reached that point while the rapper owned it.

Now, a week after Ye’s Vultures listening party, he’s switching up his housing situation.

Kanye to ‘lose millions’

Although Kanye’s Malibu mansion boasts sea views from every room, Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim has listed the home for $53 million.

This means that if the property is sold for the O Group co-founder’s asking price, Ye is set to lose $4 million.

Speaking to People Magazine, Jason explained that due to the house needing a total restoration and renovation, the asking price has been knocked down.

Naturally, in true Ye style, it wouldn’t be his home without it being artistic and oozing some kind of architectural uniqueness.

According to its official write-up on the O Group website, it’s “an exceedingly rare architectural achievement that should be seen as a masterful work of art, rather than just a residence.”

It was constructed using “approximately 1,200 tons of concrete, 200 tons of steel reinforcement…”

The property is reportedly “more than just a home” and “a work of art.” It is located on the “prestigious and quiet” Malibu Road at number 24844.
