Personal Statement
I have been playing basketball since I was 6 years old. It has been my lifelong dream to become a college athlete. My 8th Grade year, I was awarded JV Regional Player of the year and MVP for the season. My team was also the Division I Region Champions. During my 7th grade year, I was awarded MVP for the season.
I love to lead my team on the court, and hope to teach and lead younger athletes in the future.
This winter, 2014, I am coaching the little micro basketball team at my school on Saturday mornings. I hope to show the 1st-3rd graders leadership on and off the court.
