Dr Pimple Popper has removed a number of cysts from ‘high risk’ places in her time, and she’s got a tricky situation in sight for patient Hilda, who has numerous cysts around her eyes.
As the TLC show has recently wrapped up it’s most recent season, until we get the new episodes we’re so patiently waiting for, let’s throw it back to when Dr Pimple Popper removed numerous eyelid cysts from patient Hilda.

Hilda has cysts ‘all over her eyes’ which she says just keep “growing and growing.” Describing them to the camera, she calls them “large, gooey and ugly.”
At first, she just had two or three, however, they just kept growing and growing. As well as being a problem for her aesthetically, the patient says it’s uncomfortable for her to even blink.
She’s had surgery three times, however, the bumps kept coming back, making her feel ‘hopeless.’ Unfortunately, she says she lost her job and house because of them.
The patient has been through a lot, and her sister says Dr Sandra Lee will be able to help her get back on track and “change her life.”
Dr Lee takes a look
Hilda visits Dr Pimple Popper’s office and tells her she’s had the bump for seven years, and two unsuccessful surgeries.
Upon further inspection, Dr Lee says they’re Hidrocystomas, which are water-filled cysts that primarily occur around the eyes.
Although the TLC doctor is willing to squeeze the cysts down, she does warn the patient that there is a chance some, or all of them can grow back. However, as always, Dr Lee has some ‘tricks up her sleeves.’
The doctor squeezes the ‘milky cysts’
Sandra then gets to work, popping and squeezing the ‘milky’ substance out of the eyelid cysts, whilst being very careful, working around the eyeballs.
She notes that previous doctors who removed these didn’t destroy the ‘entire sac’ which may be why they grew back.
Her case is pretty unique with the amount of cysts on top of each other, which may be down to previous surgeries.

Hilda is overwhelmed with the results, as Dr Lee manages to squeeze them all. “They look amazing!” she exclaims while dancing around.
Without the bumps, she says she’s going to be ‘fearless’ and show off the new Hilda!
