Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Breelyn Dyer. I am a good student with high standards in school. I am encouraged and motivated daily by my parents to make good decisions regarding school and my path to college. I started playing softball at the age of 5 years old. I remember looking forward to softball season every year, with hopes that I would improve every season. I was always the youngest on the team; I loved it that way because I could prove my worth through my abilities. When I was 12 I began playing travel ball and discovered a whole new love for the sport. Making new friends and finding a coach that truly cared about my success and future pushed me even more. I was encouraged to learn and love every position on the field; however, my passion is behind the plate.
I believe what sets me apart from others, is that I can play every position except pitcher, with confidence. I love every part of the field. But mostly, my heart and dedication drives me in the game. I will never quit working to get better.
