The couple is blessed with two children, Frank Alfred, and Arnold Louis Kay-Jelski. They were born on November 26, 2018, at Rosie's Hospital in Cambridge.
Frank and Arnold were born through surrogacy, and Jemma, who already had the experience of being a surrogate mother, gave birth to them.
In the seventh week of pregnancy, they learned they were expecting twins. Healthy babies are three years now.
