Aaron McGruder, an American cartoonist, has a net worth of $10 million dollars. He is best known for writing and drawing The Boondocks comic strip, which later became an animated television show that he created, executive produced, and wrote. He graduated with a degree in African American Studies from the University of Maryland and made his debut in The Diamondback, the school’s campus newspaper, in 1997.

McGruder has also worked on the variety comedy series, The Super Rumble Mix Show, and published five Boondocks collections. He co-authored the 2004 novel Birth of a Nation: A Comic Novel, and worked as a screenwriter for the film, Red Tail.
