Most wrestling fans will acknowledge that the Battleground pay-per-view has been a secondary event in previous years, but that certainly wasn’t the case in 2015, with a show headlined by Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Add in a marquee United States Championship match featuring John Cena and Kevin Owens, an in-ring battle between Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt and an appearance by Undertaker, and there is no doubt WWE is took this PPV very seriously.
