George Bell (born 1957) is the former tallest man in the United States at 7 feet 8 inches (234 cm) as recognized by Guinness World Records. Igor Vovkovinskiy was declared the tallest living man in the United States in 2010.
He is a deputy sheriff in Norfolk, Virginia and previously played college basketball at Morris Brown College, Biola University and with the Harlem Wizards and Harlem Globetrotters show teams.
