Kimberly Plath arrest linked to ‘single vehicle crash’

Kim Plath has been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), property damage and personal injury. Records obtained by In Touch reveal a police officer witnessed a “single vehicle crash” in the Port Leon Drive area of Crawfordville, Florida, at about 11.52pm on June 10, 2022.

The officer wrote the car made a left-hand turn before it “overturned” and came to rest on “its roof in a ditch” filled with water. The paperwork states the “single occupant/driver was identified as Kimberly Plath.” She was “still in the driver’s seat” when a witness and another officer helped her out of the car, the report explained.

On Thursday, October 20, the reality TV star turned herself in after a warrant was issued for her arrest in relation to the June incident. Plath was released from jail that afternoon.

GRV Media has contacted Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office and TLC for comment and further details.
