While Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are still in the midst of sorting out their shared house dilemma, Scheana Shay just dropped millions of dollars on a new home. The Vanderpump Rules star has some fans calling her “smart,” while some are confused by her property choice, and others are questioning its high price.
Vanderpump Rules hit an all-time high when it comes to viewership stats this season. With drama off the Richter scale thanks to Scandoval, more people are tuning in for season 11 this year. Ariana and Tom’s awkwardness still lingers on during the all-new show. And, the rest of the cast is trying to navigate how they move through the situation, too.
Scheana Shay’s ‘$2.5 Million home’
Although she just bought a new home last year, Scheana Shay has just dropped $2.5 million on a property in the Sherman Oaks area of California, reports Robb Report Real Estate.
Following many of her fellow Vanderpump Rules cast mates, Scheana and her hubby, Brock Davies, are putting down roots in The Valley.
The two reportedly purchased a suburban modern-looking farmhouse for a whopping price tag that has some fans raising eyebrows.
Taking to a Reddit thread, one person commented: “LA prices are wild. Where I live (Midwest) that house is MAYBE 600k.”
Vanderpump Rules stars’ ‘cute’ house
Scheana and Brock’s new abode is said to sprawl 4,000 square feet and has four bedrooms. It’s described as being “unassuming yet spacious,” by Robb Report.
The property was built in 2016 and fans are hailing it “super cute” as somewhere Brock and Scheana’s daughter, Summer, can grow up.
Scheana’s house comes complete with a pool in the backyard, an airy-looking dining, living room, and kitchen, and bedrooms featuring balconies.

Bravo star just bought a home
Although many of Scheana’s fans are happy to hear she’s purchased a new property, some are confused as to “where she gets the money” as she just bought a home last year, per a May 2023 report from The US Sun.
The Bravo star was said to have spent $1.2M on a “Marina Del Rey townhouse,” one she initially began renting the year previous.
In response to a Reddit user’s question of: “Where do they get this money from?”
Some replied: “Well they have been on the show for like ten years. I would imagine they have a lot of coin now.”
More added how Scheana has a podcast and vlog. Plus, the mom-of-one is also releasing new music and merchandise these days.
Some fans also said the star made a clever move buying the house, writing: “Shes smart with her money! Super cute house!”
She isn’t the only one capitalizing on her Pump Rules fame, as Ariana and Katie Maloney are “chomping at the bit” to get their sandwich shop open ASAP.
