Allie Kay recently filed a $ 240,000-a-year lawsuit against the rapper Roddy. Allie is also seeking sole custody of her child.
Allie filed the lawsuit with her real name Alexandra Kiser asking the Los Angeles court to provide the sole custody of their 3-year-old son. She is also seeking $20,000 per month in child support from her baby daddy.
According to Blast, Alexandra claims the child's father Roddy has been completely absent from their life and she has spent over 98% time with the child. She also raised concern for her and her child's safety after accusing Roddy of being affiliated with gangs.
Furthermore, Alexandra also claimed Roddy has affiliations with gangs and was arrested for possession of a weapon. She also accused her baby daddy of substance abuse and claimed he often uses promethazine.
Alexandra has also expressed her disappointment when Roddy took his friends for a pleasure trip to Dubai and Maldives leaving his son alone the entire holiday season. Furthermore, he had nothing prepared for their son after he return from the trip.
She also added, Roddy has asked her to move out of their home within May and later extended the period for six months. Alexandra claims to have no income while her beau earned nearly $10 million in 2022 alone.
According to HipHopDX, the rapper is not taking the lawsuit lightly as he has already hired high-profile lawyer Samantha Spector to handle the case. Samantha is known for handling several high-profile divorce and custody cases including Kanye West's divorce.
