Choopan was named the People's Champion, as voted on by the fans. It was the second time he's earned the distinction.
Elssbiay and Curry finished atop the competition in 2020 as well, with Big Ramy becoming the first back-to-back champion since Phil Heath won the competition an incredible seven straight times between 2011-17.
Labrada, Choopan, Curry and Ramy came out for the final callout on Saturday.

The 2021 edition felt like something of a changing of the guard, with neither Dexter Jackson nor Heath competing. And it appeared to be a close race between Elssbiay and Curry yet again.
But Elssbiay remained the king.
