Lewis Capaldi’s new girlfriend is a triple threat, as she’s a proficient singer, dancer, and actor. The famous singer is officially off the market as he made his relationship with Ellie Macdowall official after their first public outing.
The ‘Forget Me’ singer confirmed his new relationship at the BRITs after-party on February 12th, as the pair went as each other’s dates to the star-studded bash.
Attendees from the Universal Music after-party spoke about the happy couple to the tabloids, and they said: “It’s official, Lewis is in love and he couldn’t be happier.”
The Scottish singer is a diagnosed patient of Tourette syndrome, and recently, his fans caught a glimpse of the troubles Lewis has to go through daily. Tourette syndrome is characterized by sudden and involuntary movements called tics.
Earlier this week, while performing at a show in Frankfurt, the 26-year-old was performing his hit song, ‘Someone You Loved,’ when he appeared to start twitching and then stopped singing.
When he couldn’t get the words out of his mouth, some of the 15,000 fans jumped in to help Lewis and started singing.
The silver lining of this incident was that Lewis discovered that his fans genuinely have his back and love him wholeheartedly. Lewis once explained that even though tics are entirely unpredictable, tiredness and excitement are two known triggers.

The couple was first linked in December, with Lewis even appearing on Ellie’s Instagram. The love birds spent dates hiking in Scotland, and she’s posted stories of Lewis performing at a gig in Dublin, Ireland.
