Kristen welcomed a daughter named Ruby in February 2018. Kristen announced the exciting news through her Instagram on February 11, 2018.
Through her Instagram post on February 12, 2018, we learned that she and her husband, Rich had their first baby after years of trying and some experimental fertility treatments.
On May 6, 2018, Kristen posted a picture on her Instagram saying that she gave birth to Ruby on the last day of her filming. She has also expressed her feeling about the pregnancy, as she had heard that it is difficult, but every pregnancy is different.
In her case, she felt it was ok; she had been shooting all time and was surrounded by crew members who were like family to her.
Schaal has posted many photos of her daughter on her Instagram. From her birth to her growing phases, every image is available. On June 11, 2018, she uploaded her four monthly old pictures where she looked like the prettiest doll.
On the 6th anniversary on September 15, 2018, the couple had a family trip. All the family members also celebrated the first birthday of Ruby on February 11, 2019.
