Domantas Sabonis has a kind request for the media: Stop talking about his undefeated streak against Anthony Davis.

"I don't pay attention to that. The more you guys bring attention to that, it makes my life harder. If anything, it will light a fire under him, so stop mentioning anything, please," Sabonis joked Wednesday after the Sacramento Kings' 120-107 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

Sabonis has a 10-0 career record against Davis. The Kings big man had 17 points, 19 rebounds and 10 assists in a brilliant all-around performance Wednesday. Davis finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds but made just seven of his 18 field-goal attempts.

"It doesn't matter to me. I'm all about the team," Davis said before the game.

When it comes to the team aspect, the Kings' 4-0 mark against the Lakers could have massive playoff implications. Sacramento is three games ahead of the Lakers for the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference, which keeps the Kings out of the play-in tournament at the moment.

If the Lakers were able to split those games, they would be right on the edge of landing the coveted sixth spot and avoiding the play-in.

Instead, the Lakers are floundering in the No. 9 seed as Davis continues to take questions on why he can't figure out a way to beat Sabonis.
