Kim Kardashian’s fans get a glimpse into her fitness training regime this January. The mom of four had her sister super impressed as she pushed weights during a workout. Khloé Kardashian shares her excitement and shows off her sister’s technique as the two enjoyed some time together in the gym.

The Kardashians just went hard for another year decking out their homes for the festive season. The Kar-Jenners are well known for pulling out all the stops when it comes to Christmas. And, now the period is over, it appears it’s back to business for Kim Kardashian and her sister, Khloé Kardashian, as they hit the gym together in the New Year.

Kim Kardashian’s ‘Olympic’ training

On Thursday, January 4, Kim took to Instagram to share workouts with Khloé “really do it for her,” as her sister filmed her doing a bent-over row exercise.

As Kim worked out her back muscles, Khloé is heard in the video clip saying: “Oh my god, oh my god…”

She asks Kim: “What are you training for?”

Kim, continuing her reps, shouts back: “Life,” before Khloé jokes: “The Olympics!”

It’s not the first time Kim and Khloé have shared their workout routines with fans.

Last year, 43-year-old Kim lifted the lid on her Met Gala workout plan which included ‘good mornings’ and squats. She hired Senada Greca to help her achieve her fitness goals, a personal trainer she has worked with for some time.

Khloé’s weight loss was a ‘side effect’

Although Kim is clearly impressing her sister with her toned back this January, it’s Khloé who is the main gym bunny of the Kar-Jenner family.

Speaking on Jay Shetty’s podcast in 2022, she said how her weight loss and body transformation was a “side effect” of going to the gym.

The Good American founder explained: “I was unhealthy for a lot of my life… I started going to the gym during my divorce a significant and consistent amount for my mental [health]. I needed a release and I needed to feel strong…”

Kylie Jenner has also been sticking to a strict gym routine like her sisters. The youngest of the family boasts toned abs after revealing she had been hitting the gym for six days in a week.
