Personal Statement
I really like to move, I am a Judoka, who practices Jujitsu, Muay Thai, Hapkido and want to learn Greco-Roman Wrestling, Parkour, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Capoeira, Wing Chun, and Tai Chi. I enjoy Reading Epics like Game of Thrones by George R.R Martin, J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord of the Ring series, or books with a lot of substance. I love the piano and alto sax; I first learned them at Hamilton's Music Academy though I wish I had the means to play them like I did in High School. I write poetry in my spare time usually to keep up with my artistic siblings. I adore animals I love to visit veterinarian offices and volunteer in my spare time if I have any. I love to swim but there are not many pools I can go to in my area so my treading water needs some work. I cherish sports and they are an essential part of my life. From Football, Track & Field/Cross Country, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball to more obscure sports like Lacrosse, Rugby (or as I know it as Australian Footy), Archery, and Fencing. You introduce me to a sport and I will sure play it...Though I still need to try cricket. Ever since 2nd grade i have aspired to be a Veterinarian and i will do any and everything to achieve my goal and be the first in my family to earn a doctorate in a field of study i love. I am currently learning ASL (American Sign Language) and Japanese. I am an avid Video Gamer which is where my interest in the Japanese culture stems from and why I decided to learn it and my mother is fluent in ASL and I wanted to speak with her besides using my voice. My favorite hobby is to learn, especially something new (one of the reasons I decided to play college football) I revere the power and mystery of knowledge, and to me no matter what I ultimately do in life that is the one thing that cannot be taken away from me. WIth positive useful knowledge, I know i can then share it with others thus in turn will make a positive impact in the world... well that's my assumption and that is why i continue to learn so i can make my assumption a certainty. To me life is so very interesting with so many new things to try and do every single day, so in summation my hobbies and interest is living life itself.
