After graduating from high school, Ross attended Boston University as a film major. During his time in college, he gained experience in public radio as an audio engineer and worked for the university’s radio station. Ross developed his skill for insult comedy during his youth in New Jersey, which he describes as a “defense mechanism” to the tough neighborhood in which he was raised.
