Personal Statement
My name is Jayson Hayes. I will be a 2020 graduate of Willow Canyon High School in Surprise, Arizona. I am a 6’3 195lb OF, 1B, and RHP. My GPA is 3.7 with advanced classes in Math and Biology. I am interested in pursuing a degree in the medical field, with focus on becoming a Nurse or Physician's Assistant. I am open to becoming a student-athlete at all levels, sizes, and locations of programs. I believe my physical skills, work ethic, and attitude will be a great fit for any program.
