Guy Phoenix Family And His £1 Bn Nottingham Property

Guy Phoenix net worth keeps growing as he builds luxury homes for the super-rich that sell for up to £25 million. His clientele includes footballers, racing drivers, billionaire businessmen, and boxers.

Phoenix is an award-winning property developer, as mentioned on his LinkedIn profile. He went to Warwick School for boys from 1983 to 1990. He was 16 when the school "indefinitely suspended" him.

Guy worked as a Managing Director for Alchemy in Nottingham, UK, from March 2001 to 2005. It was at Alchemy where Guy began winning awards.

He has been the Managing Director of Guy Phoenix Group Companies, Nottingham, UK, since September 2002. The company builds houses mixing traditional and contemporary designs, and they work on both new builds and refurbishments.

He Has A Stunning Mansion In France

Phoenix has a beautiful 10-bedroom Villa 19 in the South of France. It has views of St Tropez and Monaco. He actually bought the run-down property three years ago and spent almost half a year renovating it.

The property is now worth £7 million and has landscaped gardens, 20 feet bed in the main bedroom, and a cinema room. It is rented for £20,000 a week.

Phoenix Used To Have A Shark Tank In His House

Guy had a 20l shark tank in his home, which his kids absolutely adored. People even queued up outside the property to see the tank lit up at night.

Phoenix became known because of the shark tank. In 2007, BBC News filmed the tank containing two blacktip reef sharks from Indonesia.

After his shark, Jaws, passed away, Phoenix turned the tank into a bar, and home casino as he was inspired by Las Vegas hotels. He also has a 20 feet waterfall chandelier in the Nottingham home.

According to National World, he believes that he is not selling a home but rather selling a lifestyle. He thinks it is nice to have cars and luxury holidays, but one's lifestyle should begin when one wakes up every morning.

Guy Dream Is To Build The Most Extravagant House

Guy wants to build a house that looks like a glass castle on a peninsula, just like Cap Ferrat, located in the South of France. He also wants a mooring there for a superyacht.

The extravagant house would have many garaging, a maze, and jumping fountains in the garden. It will also come with a dozen bedrooms, security, multiple helipads, silk-woven carpets, and servants' quarters.

Phoenix also wants an acrylic tunnel just like the one at Seaworld so that you can see dolphins swimming above when you walk into rooms.

Phoenix Insists That He Is Not A Billionaire

The luxury property designer told The Sun that he is not a billionaire. He made it clear that everyone thinks he is super rich, but the truth is he is not a wealthy guy. He considers that he has done well but is not in the business for money.

Guy has to borrow money from banks and get investors to build properties. He goes over the allocated budget every single time. Creating something so wonderful is what keeps him moving.
