Ayesha appeared on Marvel Comics with different names including Paragon, Kismet, and Her in the past. The fictional character made her comic debut in 1977 with Incredible Hulk Vol 2 and her MCU debut came in 2017 with Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2.
Ayesha has the ability to tap and store cosmic forces as she is an artificially created being. Her ability to tap, store, and use cosmic forces gives her superhuman abilities making her virtually immortal. She can also resurrect dead beings but cannot put the soul inside the body if it has already escaped.
Furthermore, her abilities allow her to heal at an incredible speed by creating a cocoon of cosmic force and she can manipulate the forces to rearrange the molecular structures of objects.
The character is portrayed by Australian actress Elizabeth Debicki in both installments of the film series. Elizabeth is known for The Great Gatsby and The Crown, as Princess Diana among others.
Cosmo The Spacedog
Cosmo The Spacedog is the chief of security at the space station Knowhere. Cosmo was launched by the Soviet space program in the 1960s but got lost in Earth's orbit.
Cosmo made her first appearance on Marvel Universe in 2008 with the comic series Nova. Since the comic debut, the dog later gained a cameo role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1 and 2, making it the motion picture debut for the fictional character.
She helped the Guardians of the Galaxy team to fight High Evolutionary in the film's third installment and later joined Rocket's new iteration of the gang after Peter leaves for Earth at the end of the film. The character is voiced by Maria Bakalova and the Golden and Labrador retriever is a completely CGI pup according to Marvel.
Cosmo was struck by various cosmic rays while she wandered off into space after being ejected from Earth's orbit. The multitude of cosmic rays granted her telekinesis and telepathic abilities which helped save the Galaxy at the end.

Gamora
The Guardians Of The Galaxy green girl name is Gamora. Thanos adopted Gamora and trained her to become an assassin after destroying her planet.
Gamora is the last of her species as her planet was entirely destroyed and her people murdered by Thanos, she confronted him about the destruction which led Thanos to adopt Gamora and train her to become a renowned assassin. However, she later joined the Guardians of the Galaxy and was sacrificed by Thanos to obtain a soul stone.
However, when the MCU characters traveled back in time to undo the Thano's snap, an alternate 2014 version of Gamora accompanied Thanos to the present day and was later convinced to join The Guardians of the Galaxy as the original did by her adoptive sister Nebula.
She has exceptional strength and combat capabilities and can defeat most of the warriors in the Galaxy. She is portrayed by Zoe Saldaña in the MCU but the actress has confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 will be her last portrayal of the character.
Mantis
Guardians Of The Galaxy girl with antenna is Mantis. She has empathic abilities and is a half-sister of Peter Quill.
Mantis is a naive and innocent character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she is a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy team. Mantis appeared in Marvel's comic The Avengers on June 1973 and made her motion picture debut with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
She has empathic powers and can sense the emotional feelings of people by touch. She is a master of all forms of meditation disciplines and has superhuman control over her own body including autonomous moments like heartbeats and breathing.
Mantis is the parental half-sister of Peter Quill and is portrayed by Pom Klementieff in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Pom is a French actress best known for her roles other than in MCU including The Addams Family (2019), Thunder Force (2021), and Westworld (2020).
Meredith Quill
Meredith Quill is the mother of the protagonist Peter Quill. Meredith is among the few non-superhuman earthlings in the film franchise.
She conceived Peter with an alien which had crashed on the earth. Peter's father was J'son with whom Meredith had formed a romantic relationship and conceived the child, but J'son left Earth well before Meredith realized she was pregnant and raised Peter all by herself.
However, in the film franchise, Meredith is said to have a relationship with Ego and conceived Peter with him. She is said to have passed away due to brain cancer which was later discovered to be planted by Ego to kill her. Ego wanted Meredith dead so that she would not be distracted by her in the future.
Meredith is portrayed by Laura Haddock in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As she is a normal human being from Earth, she does not have any special abilities and superhuman capabilities.
Nebula
Guardians of the Galaxy woman Nebula is the adoptive daughter of Thanos and the adoptive sister of Gamora. Nebula is the antagonist turned protagonist in MCU.
Nebula is an alien with blue skin who is portrayed primarily as a villain in Marvel comics but her role changes significantly in the MCU after she joins her adoptive sister Gamora and officially the Guardians of the Galaxy.
She is a cyborg as her adoptive father Thanos forced her to fight Gamora during their upbringing which she almost lost every time and her each loss resulted in Thanos replacing one of her body parts with a cybernetic part.
Nebula's natural abilities included her athletic abilities and her intelligence making her an excellent battle strategist. She also has exceptional armed and unarmed combat tactics. Nebula's abilities from her half-cyborg build are heat and energy blaster capable of incinerating humans instantly and the ability to impersonate anyone with molecular rearrangement or illusion casting.
The character is portrayed by Karen Gillan in all of the MCU films. The character made her onscreen debut with Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).
Recorder Vim

Recorder Vim is one of the most loyal advisors of High Evolutionary who supports his all motives of making a perfect being with genetic modifications. She unhesitatingly carried out orders of executing inferior beings as part of the inhumane genetic modification.
However, once High Evolutionary's focus shifted from the great mission to Rocket Raccoon as he became obsessed, Recorder Vim advised him to stay on focus and track multiple times with no avail. She decided to take control in her own hands with a coup but was shortly killed by High Evolutionary.
Recorder Vim is portrayed by Miriam Shor in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, she appears as the front desk receptionist of Orgocorp when the team arrives. Much about her abilities is not known other than her persuading and advisory talents.
