Personal Statement
My name is Ettore DiRado, and I’m a 6’3”shooting guard in the class of 2020 from Vestal High School in Vestal, NY. I’m extremely interested in playing basketball at the College Level. I averaged 17.8 ppg, 10.2 rebs, and 6 assists this past high school season and had a 3.3 GPA. I play AAU for OA Tribe, and we’ll be playing at various Upstate, NY and Northeastern, PA Tournaments during the NCAA live periods this spring. I am a highly dedicated student athlete and leader who is driven by the satisfaction of successfully achieving my goals as well as helping others achieve their goals. I am known to work hard both on and off the court and I am a leader; I always try to lead by example both vocally and physically. I can get anything done that the coach asks of me from shooting and scoring to distributing the ball and everything in between plus I am a solid defender. I have a great relationship with all of my teammates and am always available to help them both with ball and school work. At the end of the day, I am a hard worker, team player, and a leader that strives for success in both school and on the court.
