Daniel Stewart Obituary, Death – Daniel L. Stewart, 63 years old, a resident of Clintonville, passed away at his residence on Monday, November 20, 2023. The late Donald Stewart and Margaret “Peggy” Stewart welcomed their son Dan into the world on January 8, 1960 in Butler. Peabody High School is where Dan received his diploma.
The most recent place of employment he held was as a heavy equipment operator at PSC Metals in Slippery Rock. During his younger years, Dan enjoyed going on hunting trips with his family and friends. He took great pleasure in working with wood, particularly his model trains. His model trains took up entire rooms in his home. He had a strong passion for building muzzle loaders.
The people who will cherish his memory are his children, Amanda Preaux and her husband, Mark, and Samantha Long; his stepchildren, Tesha Parker and Tim (Holly) Barr; his brothers, Dickie Stewart and Donald “Earl” Stewart, who are married to Tammy; his sister, the Reverend Lorrie Ghering-Burick, who is married to Daniel; and his grandchildren, Julian, Eli, and Mia.
Also surviving are a large number of nieces and nephews. His parents and his wife, Shari, passed away before him. He was survived by his wife. I am STEWART.
