ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- The multistate Big Game lottery jackpot was up to $300 million after nobody picked all six winning numbers Friday night in the $220 million drawing.
Forty-four players matched the first five numbers, winning $150,000 each, the lottery announced on its Web site. The numbers were: 6, 41, 17, 13, 14 and Big Money Ball number 6.
Ticket sales are expected to skyrocket before the next drawing, which will be Tuesday at 11 p.m. (EDT).
Before Friday's drawing, the New Jersey state lottery estimated it was selling about 3,000 tickets per minute, spiking up to 6,000 tickets per minute during peak lunchtime and after-work hours.
