Career As A Singer And Songwriter

The album was recorded by Angel Falls and produced by Paul Savage at Chem 19 Studios in Glasgow. Composer Nico Muhly contributed to the arrangements of five of the tracks. The Water's Edge is available on Apple Music and Amazon for listening.
The Water's Edge is neither a regular folk record nor a typical singer/songwriter fare. It is a rich, varied set of songs that are as feisty as they are folky, as rocky as they are pop.
The album has complied 12 songs titled Butterfly, Off Your Guard, Cover It Up, Shanty, Looking Glass, Words, Songs to Sundays, Lonely Second, Northern Lights, There You Were, Right Then and There, and The Lighthouse.
In 2010, Ritchie composed 26 songs in six months, from January to July. He recorded them at home on acoustic guitar and posted them online as podcasts.
The singer has frequently collaborated with his sister, Charlotte, during his musical journey. The songwriter spent a few months recording with his sister and released a music video titled Hammerite in 2013.
Likewise, in June 2014, the Ritchie siblings released an Extended Play (EP) titled Light of Another. You can find Luke on Facebook and learn more about his recent musical ventures.
