Personal Statement
My goal is to use football as a vehicle to obtain a higher education, I want to go to school for criminal justice. I know that I am a student athlete, student comes first. I have a 3.15 GPA I am currently enrolled in three college prep classes. Each of which presents challenges to help me maintain an academic/athletics balance. I would be a good fit for a team because I am a great leader, and I am ultra competitive. And while I really like to win, I dislike losing even more. I know how to work well with people from any background, and I am willing to do whatever it takes, within the rules, to get my team a win. I am a team player, if one person makes a good play it's because everyone did their part. I will learn from that success, and try to repeat and improve on it. If someone makes a bad play it is because we as a team failed to do what we were supposed to. I will learn from that as well, and use that experience to grow and not repeat the same mistake twice. I was raised in church and I still regularly attend. These are some of the reasons that I am a great fit for your program!
