Personal Statement
I have been swimming competitively since I was in 3rd grade, but truly fell in love with the sport when I joined the high school team freshman year. My coach, Coach Karr, has had a huge influence on me and is one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed swimming so much and want to continue. I know I’m not the fastest, but I am motivated, hard-working, and determined to become a better me every single day. I also love the team atmosphere and bonding with teammates, I believe you can’t find that connection anywhere else. Furthermore I am top in my class, and consistently get A’s in AP classes. I hope you consider me to be a part of your team!
