Amanda Serrano will look to defend her WBA, WBO and IBF featherweight belts in a 12-round main event against Nina Meinke in front of a sold-out crowd in her native Puerto Rico.

With Jake Paul serving as the co-headliner, it figures to generate plenty of interest as Serrano looks to improve on her 46-2 (30 KOs) record.

Since teaming with Jake Paul's MVP promotions, Serrano's star has risen. She earned a $1 million payday in an instant classic bout with Amanda Taylor, elevating the stock of a woman who has won world titles in seven different weight classes.

Now she gets the opportunity to showcase her skills in Puerto Rico for the first time since a 2021 win over Daniela Romina Bermudez.

Here's a look at all the info you need to catch the fight this weekend as well as the biggest storylines and a prediction.

Fight Info, Odds

When: Saturday, March 2 at 7 p.m. ET (main card start time)

Where: Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot in Suan Juan, Puerto Rico

Odds: Serrano -3500 (wager $3,500 to win $100); Meinke +1500 (wager $100 to win $1,500)

Amanda Serrano made history in her last title defense. She became the first woman to defend her belt over 12 three-minute rounds. The champion wanted to fight with the traditional format that makes up men's championship bouts.

The WBC refused to recognize the bout as a title defense so Serrano vacated the belt.

That doesn't change much. She's still considered the top featherweight in the world and will look to once again defend her belt with the same format.

This will obviously be Meinke's first time fighting in a bout that's scheduled for 36 minutes but the 30-year-old isn't too worried about it. She's excited for the challenge.

"Well first of all, much respect for Amanda that she started all the equality in boxing. This is what we need. It's not just talk — it's doing it.," she told Ring TV. "I'm very proud to be part of it now, and for me it was no question not to do it. It doesn't really change a lot for me, because I train with men anyway and we train three-minute rounds. The training is obviously more intense now, but still, I'm used to three-minute rounds."

The German comes into the bout as ESPN's No. 5-ranked featherweight on the strength of a 18-3 record (4 KOs) and a unanimous decision win in her last fight against Laura Ledezma.

Meinke is a southpaw much like Serrano but definitely doesn't have the same stopping power. The 30-year-old hasn't won a fight inside the distance since 2017.

For Serrano this one stands out because of the opportunity to main event a pay-per-view card in her home country. She's hoping to have another strong performance like the one she put on against Daniela Romina Bermudez.

"I'm hoping it's a repeat [of that 2021 fight]," she said, per Michael Rosenthal of Boxing Junkie. "I'm really excited, and I'm pumped. And I can't wait to go in there and perform in front of my people."

Prediction

There are some fun storylines here, but it's hard to see it resulting in a competitive boxing match. Serrano has shown no signs of slowing down. She may have lost to Katie Taylor but she has reeled off four consecutive wins since then.

Don't expect this one to be particularly close. Meinke is a good fighter but taking on Serrano is a different challenge from what she's seen in the ring to this point and the headliner isn't about to put on a bad performance in her home country.

Prediction: Serrano via eighth-round TKO
