Workin' Moms is a Canadian sitcom that first premiered on CBS Television in 2017. The TV series is created by Catherine Reitman, who also stars in the lead role.
Workin's Moms follows a group of friends dealing with the complexities of being a mother with jobs. A PR executive, Kate decides to attend a judgemental mommies' group with her longtime friend Anne, a psychiatrist. During the sessions, the two friends meet an IT tech-savvy Jeny and an overly optimistic real estate agent Frankie.
Kate, Anne, Jeny, and Frankie quickly form an unlikely friendship by sharing their experiences of the struggles of urban motherhood while trying to grasp a sense of self. The four tries to balance their jobs, family, and love lives in modern-day Toronto, Canada.
Cathrine Reitman co-wrote the screenplay with Rebecca Kohler and Ingrid J. Haas of the show that was initially released on 10 January 2017 and was received with praise and acclaim. It has an IMDb rating of 7.8 / 10 and a Rotten Tomatoes score of 89%.
